The Good Samaritan Southgate Care Centre was built in 1973 with an addition made in 1991. This facility houses three different populations; frail elderly, psycho geriatric illness or developmentally disabled and Alzheimer's type dementia.
The addition to this facility became home to Occupational, Physical and Recreational Therapy, Pastoral Care, Social Work and Volunteer Services. There is also a canteen which is operated by a volunteer group, Extended Hands

The Good Samaritan Mill Woods Centre opened in 1995. All suites are equipped with a kitchenette, which includes a bar fridge and cook top, a 3-piece wheelchair friendly bathroom and drapes. Clients furnish their suites with their own belongings.
